'Places of Interest Along the Route'
s we have mentioned before, the Reivers Cycle Route travels through
parts of the country with a quite unique history and much of this history can still be
seen in the fortified churches, Pele towers and castles scattered along the route. More
ancient history can also be seen in some of stone circles and remarkable geology on
display for a more enthralling and edifying cycle ride.
n the tables below, we have tried to put together some of the main
attractions that are easily accessible along the route. Please feel free to browse through
the pages and make a note of visiting your favourites, should you choose to ride the
Reivers Cycling Adventure.
he listings have been split into categories according to the
counties in which the Reivers Route travels.
